Bad service from Russells pta west

I bought a bed @ Russells pta west on the 27/04/2016 and the promise was that the beds will be available in the shop before Saturday the 30/04/2016 till today and now I'm be told that if I'm in a hurry to get the bed.I need to go fetch it my self @ a warehouse in Johannesburg.Russells is a pathetic retail and I don't believe I'll recommend it to anyone associated with me,family and friends. My manager doesn't even care to get the beds delivered to her store.
