Bad service from Russells ORDER NUMBER : #***

On 28 July 2020 I made an online order number : #*** and paid for the order which is four office chairs. Until today they haven't been delivered. They said delivery take 3-10 working days. I tracked my order online and since the 28 July 2020 it was on order received it has never moved to the next stage of the process. I have to supply this chairs to my client as well. I called their customer service toll free number *** for three days consecutively but it is always busy and that indicates I will never reach any one from Russells. I am very much disappointed in your services. My question is when am I going to receive my order as the order has gone over the prescribed delivery period.
