bad service from russells

<p>very terrible service. i have been waiting for more than n month for someone to fix my washing mashine. fisrtly when i logged the complaint for it to be fixed i had to struggle with 3 people at russells to log the call then someone came to check the washing mashine and now i have waited for a month for them to fix it. i have tried phoning them to get a date but everyone has a different story as to why this is not done yet. then i phoned russels again and they told me i need to phone defy when i phoned them they told me that it is under extended warrenty so they do not work with that i need to phone russells again and they need to sort this out. i am fed up with this service that i got.</p>
