bad service

So they sms email and call me that I quilify for a account.... They call and say I have to go to nigel and take bank statement etc... I wake up early drive al the way to nigel from heidelberg, just to find out THERE IS NO RUSSELL'S on the cnr of hendrik verwoerd and first street.. And when I call them it says THE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST
