Bad Service

We bought over R80 000 appliances cash of which a Hisense Double door fridge of R16999 with a 5 year warranty is one of it. Almost a month ago our fridge stopped working. Since 1 March 2025 we contact Russells non stop to collect and repair our fridge of which we have no response nor collection till date. When we do get hold of them the only thing that was said is that they did complaint at Hisense.In the meantime we are without a fridge. The customer service from Russells is incompetend.
