Bad service

I purchased lounge suit at Russell's Krugersdorp within 3 Months one couch was damaged. I did report this end of March 2024 and up until today we are still waiting for assistance. No one has assisted us , we have sent pictures and we were told that they are still waiting for ref no. Other 3 couches are not stable when you sit on them . Customer service is very bad .
