Bad service ever

To any one I will not recommend Russell /Jd group for someone to buy anything. May expirience with JD group, I bought a hisense washing machine. I log the complaint on 02/10/24 about the washing machine that not functioning. Three weeks later the send a assessor to check the machine. If which he did, after he have left he told me he has to order the part that going to take working day of which I understand. Between those day the assessor from hisense called back to let me know that they are no parts for may washing machine. I called russells Mayfield Square to find what's the next step they told me they are waiting for hisense to give them feedback. To cut the story short. Till today I don't have my machine and I don't owe them anything. Poor service from JD group not happy. It 31/12/24 today still waiting for JD Group I think they will respond next year off which is 2025. To be honest I don't think they take me into consideration 😭😭😭
