Bad Service , empty promises.

Good day , I have purchase a bed @ Resells Protea Glen Mall Soweto. The bad is falling in. I have reported the matter for about four times. I have purchase using my wife's acc , im paying R500.00 every month. The cost of bed was R6000.00. I have stated using the bed on the 2st of April. Now its been two months on the line telling me they are coming. I have also phone the head office three times. I will be happy if u can help me on this matter. Thanks. yours Norman Nenzhelele.
