Bad service

On Monday I bought a Television with a stove from Russell's Howick and they said i must collect it on Wednesday because their manager have to collect it from Escourt , I have been waiting for the T.V from yesterday and their manager response was he /she doesn't know when will she travel to Escourt ,when I asked for a refund because I needed the T.V to watch the world cup they said it will take 5 to 7 days ,I am very furious ,I didn't know such bad service still exist
