BAD SERVICE AND SYSTEM STAY AWAY

NOt even worth 1 star. Are pre-approved but cant get an account as i have a green id book and not a id card. This is so redicilous i mean come on how????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? On sending the documentation they received a green id copy, why told me to come all the way from Meyerton to Alberton to sit in front of a system that doesn't allow a green id book cause the finger print system only works with the new id cards..................................................... BAD SERVICE STAY AWAY.......... THE PERSON THAT TRIED TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT ASKED THE MANAGER BUT HE DID NOT EVEN WORRIED IN HELPING.. SHAME ON YOU RUSSELS PLEASE CLOSE YOUR BRANCH
