Bad service and poor quality

If I could give a zero star I would...For the past 2 years I have been struggling with the same bed sold to me by Seun at Russels Mamelodi.The mattress keeps bending in at the sides with no support for your back or even spine.I contacted Christina at the warehouse where the mattress was exchanged 3x already and keeps doing the same.R600 later of payment to extend the warranty nobody gets back to me in regards to the same issue.All they could say it is an entry level bed and will keep doing the same.I suffer from severe health and back issues and can't afford the discomfort of this bed anymore.I would never recommend anyone to ever buy at Russels or any JDG store because of neglect of taking care of their customers
