Bad service and poor quality

I bought a TV stand at Russells Steiloop and it was delivered in September and few days later when my mother unwrapped the TV stand she noticed that the stand doesn't not have some of the handles and some handles did not fit into the stand. My mother went to the shop to report the problem and they told her the matter will be escalated to Head office and the stand will be replaced. She went back again to the store to do follow up and they told her to buy the handles and get someone to fix it. I am not happy with the quality of their products and how they handled my complain and I am asking for my full refund or the a placement of the stand
