Bad service and poor quality

I bought a double bed and two single beds from Russells! Very poor quality! I phoned the store to log my complaints on which they phoned me back to report that they logged the complaint with the warehouse for exchange. I haven't heard from them and it's a month later now. They are easy to take your money but not so easy to keep you happy!!!!!!!!!
