bad service and no feedback

I bought a bed from Russells Vredenburg western cape i have changed the mattress twice due to it going soft and wobbly and springs coming out of material now its happend again the third time and its been 3 weeks now after I have reported the problem and have still not heard anything from them and due to the problem my husband has after a back operation and suffers a lot I am not happy with this make of bed as I cant keep changing the mattress regularly and have requested for a different make thats better quality. I am very disappointed in Russells and very unhappy.
