Bad Service and faulty appliances

In may I went and bought a fan Heater from Russel's Mount Fletcher, it worked only for 2 days and it stopped. On the 3rd of June I returned it to store and asked for my money back, yet I haven't got my money back till today and I am not sure if this is a way if forcing customers to stay with their faulty appliances as they seem not to want to give me my money back.
