bad service and bad attitude

Russell's in JHB cbd Jeppe street. The manager is rude and his attitude is very bad. what happened was I bought a bed and a bedroom suit . I then needed transport, I was told that they need to have the bed fetched from their warehouse and I have to pay for transport from their warehouse. I asked how so if I got to the shop to buy not the warehouse, the manager rudely responded ' if you don't want our transport to deliver for you than use your, imagine if we have all furniture in the shop how would it look like?' My problem was I had to pay for the transport calculating the cost from their warehouse to my place instead of from the shop to my place whilst I bought in the shop and its not my job to get the furniture from the warehouse and pay for it. Their service is bad and the sales person are also like their manager. on top of that their delivery team took the whole day to deliver while I told them they can deliver at 12.
