Bad Service

My name is Tshepo Makoti I bought a Washing Machine from Russell's furniture last year around April ,I reported to the store that it's not working meaning the washing machine, I asked them regarding their policies I was told that if a customer has bought a product and it's working they'll have to wait for the product to be fixed it doesn't matter how long they have to wait , I have reported that my washing machine is not working for some reason I'm being told that I have to wait for the repairers to fix it but it's inconveniencing because I can't do my laundry for the past 3 weeks while waiting for the repairers to get whatever they've ordered and fix it the machine ,so as a customer I bought a product but it has to be fixed before I can use it how fair is that while my bank account is being debited every month for something i don't have, I'm deeply disappointed with the service from Russell's most definitely I won't recommend it to anyone .
