Bad service

I'm not happy at all. One of the consultants from Russell's called from this number *** at 11:38 am, on 7th of August 24. I don't appreciate the way she spoke to me. We end up arguing. Im very disappointed Russell's , please give your staff training on how to deal with a clients.
