Bad service

We bought a dinning room table at Russell’s in butterworth on 30th November 2022 and we were promised that it would be delivered within 2 days, until today the table has not been delivered. We have contacted the store on several occasions and they keep saying it will be delivered the following day. No communication whatsoever. All we want now is to cancel this and get our money back ASAP.
