Bad service

Russells provides a very bad customer service. They clearly have no remorse. Been waiting on an online order for a bed for 2 weeks now only to learn my order was cancelled without my knowledge or consent. Have been waiting on a refund for week now. Blames the hole thing on a glitch in the system. Lame excuse and does not want to take ownership that they service is so ****. Will never make use of your service ever again. Can not even compensate for the time loss but expect me to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for a order.
