Bad Service

Am sorry to say this but the staff at Russells in Bothaville are totally useless when they are not able to assist you in any way, in December I went there with my sister regarding my account asking them to put her account number because she wanted to take over the account because am no longer working. They said they did it but that never happened on Thursday I went there to check why the debit order didn't go through on my sister account but I was definitely not impressed with the service I received from them.
