Bad service

I didn't not want to lodge this complain but I left with no choice, I bought my TV at Russell's Skycity furniture shop and last month on the 15th my TV didn't wanna show pictures and I had to take it back to the store where they said people from Sansui will come inspect it, they took their own time and came on the last week of the month and said it my tv been cracked, the warranty can't cover I have to claim from insurance which is a Abacus and I made a claim but they said it they can't cover due to mechanical problem am now staked and am not sure what to do since both of the companies refused to assist. Am not sure what I was paying for since they force us to take insurance and warranty
