bad service

What a bad experience we have received at Russels in Butterworth, i did ask my mother to buy a bed on the 2/1/2020, she went there and assisted by a Consultant called Madlamini, she bought a bed for R6000 cash and immediately paid for the delivery, she asked Consultant to arrange the delivery immediately, Consultant advised my mother that the Warehouse is in East London, it will be delivered straight from East london to Nqamakwe, we have been waiting till today, i phoned head office on the 24/1/2020, the lady who assisted me with Ref no.*** confirmed that the time my mother bought this bed, there was no stock, she then said we will receive bed 1st week of February 2020, i phoned again on the 6th Feb 2020 and gave Consultant the sales order number, she dropped the call, I asked my mother to go to the shop as she was in Butterworth, the same Consultant said my mother will get her bed on the 10th Feb 2020 of which we are still waiting....i am very hurt because we need this bed urgently. i really do not understand why we have to wait for so long and when we want our cash back we were told that we will have to wait for 14 days. my mother's number *** and my number is ***....
