Bad service!

If I could give it 0 starts, I would! This furniture store made moving into our new place hell. We finished paying our layby 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for the bed! Every time I call they have different excuses. I can't anymore, if I could ask for a refund, I would! I'm sure that would also take 6 months to reflect.
