BAD SERVICE

I brought a sleigh bed cash at Russells in Caledon. The branch closed. In less than 04 months the bed broke. I reported it at Russels Bredasdorp. They took the claim and promised to send an agent to assist the damage. The bed was already assembled when I brought it. They requested I send a picture of the damaged bed which I did.. I furnished them all the information they requested. After 02 months of no response I contacted them again in Bredasdorp but to no avail. Even the call centre agents at customer service helpdesk at the head office is not very helpful. The bed is literally falling apart. I don't have the receipts and apparently head office doesn't pick the sale up on the system. I had the receipts when I contacted Bredasdorp with the complaint. My bank statements shows the transaction .
