Bad service

I layby a laptop then i payed it in full on wednesday. But they said that ill get it on thursday. I went there today to fetch it they said they'll ask their manager. Then i went there again and their manager said that they don't have a stock and they don't know when they'll recieve stock. And i told them i want the rufund but now theynare saying that i won't get the cash immediately. I need my cash as soon as I do my refund and I don't want it to be deposited on my bank because I must get the new1 urgently.
