Bad Service

I bought a TV stand at Russell's Midstad , Pretoria in December 2017 for cash. I had recognized that there were strews that were shot an it but it was holiday time. When I came back whilst doing my cleaning I saw a crack of the front. I went to report at the Store. It was taken on the 19th Jan 2018 till to date. I had done numerous phone calls following up because I couldn't manage to go to the store due to my disability and work far from town where the stand was bought. Getting feedback from the customer centre it was said the stand was damaged and there's a a excess that is needed. Gave myself time and went to the store the saw the pictures that the manager was sent. Definitely told me that is not my stand and know nothing about those. Showed the picture of how this stand was b4 it was taken from my house. I had hired someone to take me again to the store but with no luck I didn't get the Manager who was said he is on lunch. Came home with an unsolved problem. It's almost a month this problem not being resolved.

I am so stressed and this affecting my condition as well. Could someone please help assist me. 24th Feb. Is my 40th Birthday and had called people to come over. It's such a disgrace because my stuff is lying on the floor.

Can someone please help me.
