Bad service

Having the manager assist me and make promises she cannot keep. I was looking to buy a mattress,it seemed like what she needed to do in order to assist me was too much work for her,she was in contact with head office but never had the decency to keep me informed,its like you are forgotten the moment you walk out of the store. When I call for follow up,she has new information but she wouldn't have given me feedback if I had not called, she even suggested me going to check if I can't get this from OK Furniture, showing me that I'm not a valued customer at Russels. I wouldnt mind waiting because I know it probably takes time,but just the fact that she always had something to say when I called instead if calling me and her mentioning OK was enough for me to tell her to cancel everything,so I could see if I can't get it somewhere else. Fort Beaufort is a small town so we don't have a variety of stores and I really needed the matress
