bad service

Second Complaint. Previous complaint was laid and I had to get the Branch Manager to come have a look at the faulty products. No assistance or reply from Headoffice. We are paying out account as normal but sitting with damaged goods. Will never ever support JD group again and dnt advise anyone else to buy from them.
