BAD SERVICE

I complained about dressing table of sarah bedroom suite centre shelf thats peeling off on 2014-09-30 and the sabie branch did receive a shelf but cant fix it as it is a fixed unit and it will damage more. They did reply back to call centre and until now the call centre didnt give any feedback and they are not assisting us at all. The stock clerk at branch is very helpfull but also she is with hands in the hair with the call centre. Please assist us as we are tired of BAD SERVICE.
