Bad service

Poor customer service, I did a laybye refund and everyone did not want to help me.. They told me I should wait for manager the day they come back.. I don't understand because they should be supervisor or someone who takes care of everything when the manager is not there... It's been 3 weeks now and I did not get my money.. Russells mall of Thembisa you don't take your customers serious..
