bad service

<p>I bought furnitures at Russells pan African alexandra,that has costs 15000,that included a wardrobe that was suppose to be assembled by them at delivery,this was mid november,which I paid extra for them to assemble,however at delivery date they changed their story to say the ones who suppose to assemble will come before 17th december,i was patient with them and waited until the agreed date,nothing happened,no phone call,no nothing. I called them on the 4th of Jan 2017 to check how far with the assembling department,so on the 4th Monwabisi from customer care told me he will call me on the 5th and he knew that he won't be at work because when I called later on I was told he is absent from work.so as it is I just want them to come collect their staff and refund me as I paid in full,u will buy somewhere else where I will get a better service for the paid goods. I was very patient with them,i can not take it anymore.</p>
