bad quality good

I bought a kettle in july this year 2017 at russell that is in Paarl after 2 weeks the kettle didn't work I took it they gave me the new one again after two works I gave me the same problem i took it back again it does that more than 4 times but still they refuse to give me back my money even the manager is sending me around as I'm writting now I don't have kettle. YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC ! Bring back my money.
