Bad quality bed

I bought a markdown bed from the wynberg branch which fully understood the reason for the markdown reason, it was explained to me. The first night of using the bed I felt the bed quality of the mattress. Itvfeltbi was layingbjustbon the spring and the one side of the mattress does have no firm support. I brought this under the attention of the individual who sold it to us and explained clearly that the problem was not the markdown reason but the actual quality of the bed. She said she will log a c all for the manufacvto come see the bed. It is 2 weeks now with 2 visits to the branch still no one. I am currently sitting with major backpain and hope its not from this mattress
