Bad quality

I brought a complete bed, after waiting very long for delivery the mattress feels like an old one. I sent a few mails asking why and can't it be replaced, but no reply. We even hade to see chiropractors, as it just gets worse. We don't even sleep on it anymore as we can not handle the discomfort and back and leg pains. Anyone that can advise on how to get this resolved?
