Bad product and bad service

I am not happy with the couches I bought in August 2022 the couches has been exchanged more than 5 times as it has faults on different pieces after few weeks of been used ,what they do is keeping on exchanging and still gives the same problem, I am not happy with this couches i will rather exchange with the different brand as I am paying for something that i am not happy with.

I feel like they don't understanding how does it feel to pay for something that doesn't satisfy you which has been changed for so many times
