Bad meterial used on the coffee table

I bought a coffee table at Russells Brits around last week of September with cash method. And while at home the tables worn off, the corners were tearing apart and called the shop and advised that I must bring it back for a new one from the box again. Then now is still giving me the same faults again and glue residue le coming off. and it make my lounge cheap and not good at all because you cannot ignore the colour that is coming off the table.

I would really like that I get refunded because I am not have with the material used.
