Bad marketing and Branch service. (KRUGERSDORP)

These retailer's approved me with their online credit site. Going to the branch they service is not just below par but really unacceptable. Staff is unfriendly Ntombi at Russels Krugersdorp. Please don't do marketing online if you can't give the service on ground level. Their salesperson was friendly and helpful, but the rest was really a bad experience. In this financial climate and the furniture trade struggling i wood expected much more client service driven staff.
