Bad Good and a bad service

We have bought the torga couches at Russells thorntree view in 2018, and the sales lady told me that since it's not leather couches they will last like 4 to 5 years. Unfortunately they only last for two yeass,they are peeling so bad in a way that we can't even sit on them. We emailed head office and they promised to attend the issue but still today nothing had happened. We regret buying at Russell's and we will never ever buy anything from that store. We had wasted our money on something useless.
