Bad experience with Russels Wonderpark

We bought a bedroom suite at Russels Wonderpark. When it was delivered on 25 October 2022 one of the side drawers was damaged. They said it would be replaced within 3 days. I had sent numerous emails on their website in this regard and we even went to the shop to find out about the replacement. We called the store manager who promised to call back within 24 hours and we contacted head office who promised to call back within an hour and we are still waiting for them any feedback in this regard
