Bad experience with Russells furniture store

I saw a tv online it said smart tv. I also chatted on their whatsapp with an agent to confirm if it is a smart tv the agent confirmed. It also stated the tv is a UHD. Upon receiving the tv it is a Full HD. I plugged in the tv and it has no specs specified. I logged a call for return and have been waiting for 2 days for a response i keep getting the same response my quiry has been escalated. I am stuck with no tv as i cannot use the thing they sold to me
