Bad experience with Russells

Bad experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop at Russells furniture shop, I bought a bed and requested to be delivered on Saturday but the drive came with the base without mattress and then he promised to deliver the next day which was Sunday but didn't show up. Monday they call to reschedule, I told them they can reschedule for the Saturday which we agreed on , but they scheduled for Friday, I had to call them back asking to reschedule for Saturday, then they told me it's full Saturday then I told them if they can't deliver on Saturday I might as well get my refund, the lady agreed it's better if get the refund because Saturday they are fully booked. I went to the store to ask how the refund works they told me it takes 5 to 7 days, then when I begin with the refund process they tell me it's 7 to 21 days.
