Bad experience at Russells Durban

I bought a TV stand, Coffee table and wardrobe at Russells Durban. I complained on several emails and I was referred to the store and a guy named December came to my house to have a look and said he will come back to fix the items. I was told that the handles that were falling apart I have to buy new ones for myself and he was to come back to fix the rest. When I call him he doesn't answer my calls.
