Bad Customer services and Bad ,.poor quality furniture

I have a bad experience with Russell's purchase. I purchased couches within a week they were faulty other broke and other one sounded like an old springs when you sit on it. They took them for repair and told them I want a refund or an exchange but there's no update every time I have to call them and still they don't Keep their promises. They don't reply to emails. I am taking the matter to Ombudsman coz 5 can't keep on chasing people for things I paid for .
