Bad customer service experience

Good day I bought stove at Russel on the 15 December and on the 19th I have returned the stove due that wasn't working as it cannot cook lauzy wors and after 2 days the store manager by the name Peter called me to come take my stove because they cannot help me with a refund or exchange he referd me to Defy. I called def y and they told me i must sort it out with Russell they are the ones who took my money.
