Bad Customer Service ever

I bought beds online and had twice issues with my bed. It was exchanged, but the third bed is the same issue, my twins beds is the worse. I put a complained in since may 2022. I just dont get feedback on whats going on with my claims. The worst customer service ever. I will never buy any product at Russells anymore and wont refer anyone to Russells as well after how i was treated.
