Bad customer service delivery all round.

Before I purchased a fridge (27th jan 2023)at the store I asked do they do same day delivery. It was told yes so they came at 21:30 the evening. The product was not what I ordered.i went to the store in athlone and they told me they will deliver on monday which they never did ,eventually they dropped it off on Wednesday being again the wrong product.i have been spending my time and effort I paid for delivery yet I had to carry my fridge.time wasted with no compensation. Only sorry.lets see when I get to get my fridge now again ?this is my first time purchasing something from them.i bought groceries that went off due to not having a fridge.not a nice feeling.
