Bad customer service

I bought a blender two months ago and it stopped working,I took it to my nearest Russels shop and I didn’t get any replacement because they didn’t have blenders at all. There were no updates I had to be the one calling them about an update.I called them few days ago asking for a refund because they took long to get a replacement,that’s when they said they’ll send a driver from the warehouse to come pick up the blender from my nearest russels AFTER TWO MONTHS!!!😡😡and they are coming to pick it up because I asked for a refund
