Bad customer service at Russells Edenvale

Bought a fridge and upon delivery I noticed that the water dispenser is not working. I then reported the matter the following day and the manager said I'll get a replacement since it's within the 7 days period.

I'm now getting new references saying that defy will come and repair the fridge of which is something we didn't agree upon.

The manager is now giving me an attitude saying I should wait is not like the fridge is working and stuff
