Bad customer service and selling defective products

I bought a fridge from Russels Promenade Mitchell's Plain.... I bought a Hisense fridge cash which has giving me endless problems it stopped making cold and I lost a lot of meats and foods the store swapped the fridge for another new one only for the second new fridge to do the exact same now and again I lost alot of meats and foods only for the manager and sales consultant to tell me that I have to wait for hisense technicians to come out to me their is no one the can call or email to come and look at this fridge faster its been 4 days now and I am still waiting with no correspondence from them at all.... I will never buy
